Dear Reader,
Thank you for taking the time to click onto this page and dive a little deeper into what Folgen Volleyball Apparel is. Hi, my name is Monica and I am the founder of this company. I have been playing volleyball for over 15 years now and am completely addicted to this sport. Some people play volleyball because it's a nice way to connect and get your body moving. But if you're like me, you literally start to itch when you haven't gotten to play in a while. Growing up our sport achieved great milestones like finally getting a volleyball emoji "🏐". It continues to grow every day with each generation. Something that's still missing is a company that creates great gear SPECIFICALLY made for volleyball players.
In 2023 I was fired from my advertising job (for my personality...oof) and ended up working for a small business in Sacramento, CA. I learned a lot about myself during that period of time, but I also learned how obtainable it was to start your own company, crafting a life for yourself rather than filling in the gaps to support someone else's dream. I decided that I wanted start on a journey to craft a happy and fulfilling life for myself by creating a company surrounding my greatest love, volleyball.
Thank you again for taking the time to read through this. I imagine if you have, you probably love volleyball just as much as I do. I hope that I do this company justice and represent the people like you and I who have a hard time watching others play volleyball if we haven't played in a few days.
