Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Folgen gear. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned with original tags attached, when applicable

Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

To start a return, please contact Folgen Volleyball Apparel before sending your item back. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Folgen Volleyball Apparel.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Once your exchange is approved and the original item is received and inspected, we'll arrange for the replacement item. Folgen will cover the shipping cost to send an approved exchange back to you.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue. We'll evaluate the situation and work with you to make it right.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Gift cards
• Items marked Final Sale
• Customized or personalized products

Certain limited-release, collaboration, preorder, or event-specific products may have different return or exchange conditions. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the applicable product page before purchase.

Refunds

We'll notify you once your return has been received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

European Union Returns

For eligible orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have additional cancellation or return rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Items must still be returned in their original condition unless otherwise required by applicable law.
